The I Ching is the Bible of Eastern peoples. It has been used for astrological interpretations, healing, and mostly for divination, because - although the interpretation of this system is difficult – an expert in this area can form a full picture by using the answers given for the raised questions.
This divination system includes 60 symbols. This prediction system contains 60 images, which can be represented graphically in linear, continuous and dashed lines that form a symbol - called hexagrams. .Each of these symbols is complex; they have several levels of meaning. It is believed that all natural changes, changes in events, that effect every aspect of life can be described by using the Hexagram
The questioner has to turn three coins six times - all while strongly focussing on the problem - and then write down the results of tossing a coin by following the rules of this prediction method. From this we will get three pictures. The first refers to the current situation and stems from what we have, the second shows the current opportunities and the third - and this is the divination of the most exciting type - tells us what awaits us in connection with the question asked.
Since the original (ancient) predictions consisting of highly sophisticated image interpretation, coupled with the Eastern peoples’ way of thinking and their world view a lot of time had passed before the people in Europe also began to use it. Today, however, it has been translated into many languages and so for us living in Western cultures it has also become a method of clear prediction. There are many of the I Ching divination help books for everyday use available on the market. What's more, prominent writers like Peter Müller have also made their own interpretation - it is worth it to call for help if you feel that a prediction could answer your questions!
