In terms of seeing auras we can divide people into two groups. There are some who see an aura with no extra effort and some have no chance of seeing it at all. Of course the latter statement is a little bit extreme, but if you are not willing to put some effort and energy into it there will be no positive result at all. (The so-called aura photography - known as Kirlian photography – which generally divides aura experts, is not discussed in this article) We will concentrate on those who have not yet seen an aura, but would like to learn this skill.
It’s better if you are a little bit tired, because the more tired you are the less obstacles your brain will produce during this process (in other words your eyes will have to deal with less distractions). Make yourself a hot bath, and get into the bathtub. Firstly relax, enjoy the moment! Then, if you are ‘warmed up’ enough, lift your foot above the surface of the water, and try to see a bright aura around it. You may have the best chance to see the aura, if you do not look directly at your foot but rather slightly above it. Keep your foot on the edge of your visual field while emptying your mind. At the first attempt you may not be successful, but soon you will notice, from the corner of your eye, a pale spot around your foot. This pale spot will get brighter with practise. The colour of the aura can vary from white to gold and blue or from green to red. The colour also depends on your current mood.
Auras are a natural part of our being. But you must be very patient and accepting while you explore auras, do not get upset or disappointed if you fail at first. Same say that we all had this skill of seeing auras during our childhood years, but over time we learn to see it no more. In case you cannot see an aura then something is blocking the brain and is keeping you in the material world. Try and manage to get rid of this block and keep trying to see the aura.
